I just heard this again, and it's one of the funnyiest things iv'e heard, negus says ''my mum hits a lot harder than him, she's only tiny'' and ''he caught me up the old knackers a few times'' funny stuff :D

negus also said some light heavyweight guy punched harder than harrison, which dosn't say much for harrisons power

Do you have the fight? I remember Audley hits when Negus is down (then later revises what actually happened, Stalin-like) and Negus tried to headbutt him. Audley loses it and lays into him.

That's the thing about Audley... I don't want to see pitter-pat, he's physically bigger than Lewis - I want to see him knocking **** out of somebody.

no i just have the interview, it's one of the best post fight interviews ever he just rambles for ages :D i think negus is quite a tough guy, he hasn't got very good boxing skills, but i think he would beat harrison in a street fight

I do remember that one... in fact, most of the post-fight stuff with Audley is better than his bouts. In particular, the riot with Herbie Hide. It's strange, I can tell you that Bruno and Hide were there, but who was the opponent again...?

yes i think that was the matthew ellis fight, harrison is a joke he's doing nothing, he hasn't excatly got time on his hands with his age,i think he is more into the celebrity side of it than the boxing side, i thought his last fight was his most exciting, and then that was it,he's disapeared

Danny Williams always used to call him a "showbiz boxer", didn't he? Still, earning a million by fighting thirteen bums can't be bad work, eh?

Does anyone actually know what Audrey Harrison is doing these days?

Last I heard... He'd bought a house in Las Vegas, and was gonna continue his snail paced career in the States, but I've not heard anything of him fighting out there?

He was a dickhead anyways... He said that he'd be the British champion by his 5th fight. And every year he used to say that, "by this time next year I'll be where Lennox Lewis is!"

I always used to think - "So by this time next year Audrey, you'll have made 19 defences of the World heavyweight championship and dominated the heavyweight division for near a decade????"

I used to think that he was so terrified of being ripped off by boxing promoters, it took over his whole life! I remember his last fight he had the ring entrance song, "I did it my way"... And after the fight he was complaining that he'd had bad chest pains brought on by stress of trying to arrange everything.

I read up there on this thread that Danny Williams called him more of a he showbiz boxer than the real thing.

I agree.
