i need to lose 80 pounds as fast and clean as possible. i need to cut out all sugar but how much water do i need to drink and what can i do im hurting man. im at 280 and i need to get down to cruiser immediately what can i eat and do man. ive ballooned man what kinda running and roping do i ned i need explosion and will drinking protien at night ince i cant eat after 10 help to curve my hunger and for a meal suppliement? everyones advice needed

There is no ****ing losing 80 pounds fast! Ricky Hatton loses maybeee 40 in 3 months, and 5-10 of that is probably starvation.

Anyway, when you're 80 pounds a way don't ****ing worry about how much drink or what to eat or sugar or whatever the ****. Cut your calories, run your ass off is step 1. Come back when you lost 10 pounds.

thats just stupid man.. 80 pounds!! dont be silly with this because you could do yourself damage.

Id suggest to start off---Cut out all the crap from your diet and do a lot of exercise(running, swimming if you can etc). You'll cut down pounds like that...then you can start going a bit crazy.

I would suggest dont do a lot of weights etc now. Lose some of that first

80 lbs would be 8 months or 32 weeks

Start eating clean (no white bread, lean meats, lots of fruits and veggies, no deep fried stuff etc etc)
And start exercising 5-6 days a week. Start with alternating between walking and running if you can't hold a running pace (like 5 min jog 5 min walk repeat 3-4 times) and maybe swimming or stationary bike or whatever. Just at least 30 mins of cardio 5-6 times a week, and clean up the diet, and the weight will fall off and you get fitter.

Do that for 6-8 weeks. Then start mixing in some sprint training, maybe weight training to build strength not mass.

I think you could sustainably lose that weight in about 8-10 months

you can not shed that type of weight in a short period of time,you should consult a physician and see what they recommend,i would look into jenny craigs web site also and see if you qualify for their program:boxing:

Dropping 80lbs in anytime less than a year, is not healthy and you can die from rapid weight loss.

mm thats not true. I don't like the encouragement of being lazy on this board. (I know you probably did here this somewhere) but these days they tell you everything is unhealthy and it makes laziness seem like the safest way.

Ricky Hatton loses what? 25-35 lbs in 3 months? I know doing that over and over again isn't good, but doing it once isn't going to hurt you.

80 lbs can be done in under a year without endangering your health.

just like how the average person in the 40's ate maybe 1800 calories a day. What did we see? a thinner society. Nowadays 1800 is considered unhealthy.

Some people are dumb. It's the only way I can save them.

I don't know about you but No Libido doesn't sound very fun. I rather have my mojo than cut abs.

And if your core temperature drops too low, you can die.

Rapid weight loss and weight gain can cause stretch marks. When you're weight fluctuates, be it up or down, your skin looses elasticity.

When you drive some where park further then where you would normally park.

if you have the time and you need to carry something somewhere like from your car to your house or upstairs to down stairs inside to outside dont always take the fewest trips necessary (dont try to carry everything at once).

drink 16 oz of water within the first hour of when you wake up.

Groundpound is right you can really hurt yourself if your drop weight very fast. It is un healthy. People already told you what to do OP. Drop all the sugar and junk off your diet and start doing cardio. It really is that simple. Good luck, I went from 240lbs to 205 lbs. My diet started in oct 2009 and I stop around Jan 2010. I still need to get down to 180lbs

No bro, you dont need no smoothies. That is horrible. When you are eating a meal do not drink juice, soda,ect. Just drink water with your meal. If your counting calories; look at it like this.. what is more feeling a can of soda that has like 300 calories? Or a orange that is like 100calories? You need to get most of your calories from FOOD and not from DRINKS.

whats your height ?? and how fast do you really want to lose that 80lbs :luvbed:?! normally if you have natural strong body that isnt going to have a shock for your future workout it will take you for about its 8 - 10 months (healthy),but if youre life was not active back those wanky days and ex-couch potato who wank all night in front of your pc watching ****s ... losing 80 lbs will take you 1 - 2 years ^_^ .. your fat body will have a hard time adapting to those hardcore training regimen! and you cant run everyday because your shin cant carry that heavy weight that makes you want to rest a couple of days! you just cant rush it .. Liquid Diet is the most unhealthy program that you can do .. you know 50 cent ? he dropped 54lbs in 9 weeks going on a strict Liquid Diet!

dude how the **** are smoothies horrible?!! i drink only 100 percent fruit smoothie with only fruit skim milk or hemp milk. how is that bad when its all natural?

im not talking about a liquid diet. im talking about instead of eating a snack or something late at night can i drink a natural smoothie. or if i dont feel like cooking and im hungry can i replace a meal. and naw ive been a past powerlifter and i train at multiple boxing gyms. i used to run last two yeas every other night i just put on alot of weigh when i stopped running and started eating alot of sweets again. and im 61 or 62 thats my height.
