View Full Version : How about that weak Big Ten conference? neils7147933 03-25-2005, 09:23 PM Granted Purdue, Penn State, and Michigan couldn't hang this year with those basketball juggernauts from Florida State, Clemson, Virginia, Georgia, Auburn, and Ole Miss... But those superior ACC and SEC conferences aren't sending 3 teams to the Final 8 are they now? But the Big Ten has really been down lately... Every dog has it's day and they have gotten lucky as **** in the tourney. The ACC has kicked their ass like 5 years in a row during the challenge and the big ten doesn't have the national championships to show for them claiming to be an elite basketball conference for the last several years. Year in and year out the ACC is the best basketball conference. BTW, I love big ten football and the Buckeyes are my team. Go figure huh??? Big 10 usually sucks in basketball, and this is coming from a guy born and raised in Minnesota.
