**** that, knock him out.

Land a really good shot on his chin when he comes rushing in like a fool. Just one really good solid straight counter.

Man did i get robbed! i'm sooo heated right now. i tagged dat kid with so many 1-2's that im surprised his head didn't fall off. even the ring doctor right after the fight sed i won big. but no the judge's were gay and scored it the other way.

we fight just like you would in any other weight class. we just don't brawl as often. alot of the fighters go for the pitter patter and leave BS to score points. the hardest thing about that weight class is making weight

Its only a learning experience at the time, let it go and work hard for your next fight. I had decisions go against me that I thought I had won and some the other way around aswell. The amatuers are a time to grow as a boxer and to learn alot about yourself. Roll with the punches and roll with the decisions. The only thing that was hurt might have been your pride. You were fighting for a winners trophy but came up short, atleast in their minds. When the tournys come around they will have the better officials working the matches and the decisions are normally fair, with an exception or two. Tournament time is the only time it really, really means something. If you win you may be at the nationals next, depending on your experience. The club shows and local shows are there for you to learn your craft, to become a skilled tradesman with your fists. Dont let this get you down, think about the fight and what might have been done differently to reverse that decision. Ive lost them like that too, and I was pissed just the same. But when you grow as a fighter you will just see that it is part of the game. Like I said, the tournys are when you want to turn it up and turn it out.............. :boxing: Rockin

Those past Olympics were a ****ing joke. 3 of 5 judges have to agree on a punch and hit a button at the same exact time for it to count? Guess combinations would be ****ing useless. And a knockdown is scored the same as a landed punch. That's bull**** too.

Use Your Jab

damn it. I am tired of my friends getting their asses kicked for not distancing themselves. That is bar none the most important ****ing punch in fighting. DAMN IT!
