i noticed when im out of air i can longer have control of my punch during sparring, when i run out of gas i just cover up till gain some breath becoz when i hit back when im out of air... i can't control it and it might piss off my sparring partner and one already complained about it since he told me we would just do some light sparring and i looked on his face and its a bit swollen lol. :rofl:
