The insensitive posting of this "man" or "boy" has made a mockery of the life and death struggles of the people in the Philippines. When confronted with this, he tried to make as though he meant something else. I'm not fooled by this and I would like the entire forum to read the thread and put siablo14 in his place of shame. I'd like to back you up on this, because he barely dodged actionable
language. He still dodged it, though.

Sure, the oddness of the question made it seem like he was working
up to something maliciously offensive, but then he covered by relating
the overpopulation query to disaster-relief services. To wit: how many
have to be housed in relief shelters.

That barely covered his stupid ass, IMO.

Maybe the others are less gun-shy, and will react more fully.
I'll just watch him more closely for now.
