SacTown1 03-22-2005, 02:46 PM With Morales Vs Paquiao done and over with what fight is the next big thing now????? In boxing overall, I guess that Toney-Ruiz is the next big event.... for those 2 fighters, rematches with Barrera are the most exciting options jack_the_rippuh 03-22-2005, 02:49 PM The next big, big event has got to be Winky vs. Tito. SacTown1 03-22-2005, 02:51 PM The next big, big event has got to be Winky vs. Tito. word, next huge fight is May 14, but if Toney goes ape-**** at a few press conferences then his fight with Jenny Louise will become a big event in the mainstream sports media += El Jefe=+ 03-22-2005, 02:52 PM has taylor and hop signed yet?? and what about Gatti anf Floyd?? Fareastwarrior 03-22-2005, 03:00 PM Gatti and Floyd wil fight somewher in june, I thought june 25. manila_assasin 03-22-2005, 03:10 PM gATTI - fLOYD tito - Winky boxernyc 03-22-2005, 03:29 PM What are you people crazy? The next big big fight is in two days!!! Eric "Butterbean" Esch vs. Jamie Cambell and then we have the must order PPV on 04/09/05 Marco Antonio Barrera vs. Mzonke Fana But the next really big fight is Trinidad vs. Wright. And if you like Toney (which would be the only reason besides wanting to see Huggy Bear lose) then Toney vs. Ruiz could be the next big fight. I don't call this the next big fight because I can't imagine this being a good fight even if Toney manages to win. Fareastwarrior 03-22-2005, 04:02 PM I really doubt whether Barrera vs. Fana is pay per view worth. A mandatory challenger doesn't say anything about that fighter if you consider the sometimes corrupted rankings nowadays. I never saw Fana, so I can't judge about his quality. But to my feelings this a hard to believe that this is pay per view. borikua 03-22-2005, 04:20 PM Trinidad vs Wright puppy_dogg 03-22-2005, 04:36 PM i hear that, for me its kinda hard to pay 50 bucks for barrera-fana. some ppv's are $40 and i could have swore i saw one worth $25 a while back. i might buy if its less than 50 tito- winky is a must see, cant miss that one! |
