good fight only real thing i can say is just to much waiting always be first but nice work man.
Domey 10-18-2009, 12:05 AM One of the better fighters I've seen on these forums. You gotta be more active then this though in the am's.
What weight?
IBox85 10-18-2009, 12:27 AM u look llike maybe 118 or 125... u DEF landed the more effective shots... i wonder how he made it all the way there with that weak jab... i think u gave him a lil more respect than he deserved... but in all 2 thumbs up man!!!
FalconsRB 10-18-2009, 07:05 AM thanks guys, iam 95 my trainer made me fight at 100 on this one even when i weigh 94.
peewee1460 10-18-2009, 07:45 AM good fight but you've got to let them hands go because you'll wait all day on speed.
Tu Pai 10-18-2009, 09:29 AM good work, once you found your way around that jab it was pretty one sided, good deffense too, kid was just waiting for you to walk into a right. I have to agree thou you waited a bit too much in the first not sure if you were finding your range, in the ams that could cost you the fight.Keep at it!
Alexandros 10-18-2009, 11:10 AM what u did in round 3 is what u should have done in the last 2 rounds, he can't stand with you toe to toe if u presure him. :D
mrboxer 10-19-2009, 03:25 PM i just saw half of the video the best was when no one threw any punches,as soon as the wild punches and the clutch and grabbing started i stopped the video, the crowd looked like they were getting annoyed, did they start to boo,i hope they did not start to throw chairs in the ring:boxing:

This has to be the worst alt ever. It is completely unfunny and just all round terrible.
bernardotelo 10-19-2009, 04:58 PM I wanna fight you ;)
Domey 10-19-2009, 06:10 PM Watched a little bit more of it. You are fighting a taller guy with longer arms, you need to get inside as you tried doing. However, you are just walking straight in and putting your head down a bit while throwing a weak jab and hoping a right hand will hit.
You should be using head movement while moving in like that. You should try doubling up on your jab, and steping into it from the outside. Also, you can pivot off your jab toward the inside.
Watch the video when he throws his jab, his right elbow floats out A LOT! Your trainer should of been telling you to slip under his jab with a left to the body. This would of slowed his jumping and running around, allowing you to get inside and your combos off much easier.
Either way, I am surprised this kid got any points at all. Majority of his punches were slaps and he should of been warned for that. Horrible ref job, but at least the judges saw it.
