toney will win, he's far to clever a fighter to get dragged down to ruiz's level. i hope so anyway!

Ruiz scored a weird stoppage over Fres Oquendo last year but he isn`t a KO fighter. If he does win it`ll be on points. Toney i think might be the puncher in this fight.

Clubber Lang...erm... I mean James Toney is very confident in his fighting abilities. He's probally my favorite fighter to watch. Hopefully his confidence gets him the win.

Six weeks is an awfully short time for heavyweights to train for a fight. I'm thinking the fight might be postponed. If it isn't, Toney and Ruiz will look real bad come fight night. I'm leaning toward Toney, but would not bet money on him.

Toney developed that body attack, as we saw against Holyfield, I have a feeling he's going to hit Ruiz down there alot to set up the head shots.

....It's an intriguing fight but I bet the action will suck. A counter puncher against a guy who hardly punches at all. My prediction for this fight is a steady chorus of booing from the second round on.

I can't believe I am about to say this **** but, I hope Ruiz beats Toney. I hate both these guys but I would rather a legit heavyweight kick Ruiz's ass rather than a blown up middleweight who has yet to accomplish anything in the heavyweight division.

I agree totally, great point. Roy Jones also hit Ruiz frequently to the body and it slowed him down and took him out of competition in that fight. Toney`s body attack could result in Ruiz being stopped, but the likely hood is Ruiz just won`t be tempted to come on inside and hold. Oh, and i wish this wish for the fight:
