This is by far my favorite boxing forum, alot of interesting reading in here.

So this is a little video of me shadow boxing, please tell me anything u see wrong so i can try to correct it,critizise all you want, comment etc.

1)Horrible music

2)Turn your hands more when you throw punches, use your hips and shoulders more. You know the punches but you don't put enough volume in those pounches. I see that your uppercuts don't come from the hips that's why you could do much better. Do the same but use the HIPS and PIVOT on the backfoot.

3)Ok video. You have a high guard. Keep your hands up, that's a good thing.
