Morales isn't even close to being deserving of an all-time ranking in the top three of the featherweight division.

Top 20? Maybe, but I doubt he'd make my list, and in fact he didn't when I compiled a top 20 for the featherweight division a few months back.

Not very high at all at featherweight.

Junior featherweight is a different story for King Kangaroo.
