I was 250 ate Nurtisystem for 3 to 4 months, went down to 160 pounds!!
Now I'm 222, want to go to 160 or 150, bought it again, check the foods for all you fat people here, its easy !!!

First of all you don't have to be a meat head to realize that Nutrisystem is bull****.

If anything you are the lazy one who has rely on a company to send them meals and make them diet plans that you can buy at the grocery store on your own.

And no less for much less than what they charge to basically give you general knowledge information.
