Has anybody else got a problem clenchin their fists? lol Strange question...

When I clench my fist, my index finger sticks out. I try and tuck it in properly but I just can't do it.

When I punch the bag, I use the 3 other knuckles and leave the other one out.


Does anybody know of any exercises to help get my finger in the right place? Or am I ****ed? lol

Congrats man! Ur the biggest freak I've seen on this forum! Hahaha Just kidding.

That's weird though. I've never seen that 'issue' before.

the problem is your thumb, your forcing your index finger out with your thumb leaving you with a retarded fist
your thumb should be well tucked(bent) inwards
you have yours resting on your index finger which is not how you make a fist

Cut down your wanking, kid.

Try to get down to 5 jerks a day and you'll sort that dodgy wankers cramp out in next to no time.

the problem is your thumb, your forcing your index finger out with your thumb leaving you with a retarded fist
your thumb should be well tucked(bent) inwards
you have yours resting on your index finger which is not how you make a fist

****, I must have retarded fingers lol. I think they are too long or something because I can't get my thumb where it's supposed to be.

So the problem is my thumb, because I can't get it like this

that looks weird as ****, i cant get the nail of my thumb to face straight down like that, and his knuckles still aint aligned....but it's roughly the idea, you just put your thumb out to far, tuck it in more

Alright thx man. I can't bend my thumb further down any more. But I'm gonna keep tryin everyday and it may make my thumb more flexable.

its broken my right hand is like that too and on my left its my pinkie is the one that sticks out.

I broke my right hand about 5 years ago. I thought that's the problem but both my hands are like that.

It has nothing to do with you i can easily make a fist that looks just like yours. i can also make a proper fist though.

try holding your hand out flat. from here bend in just the finger tips so their touching the palm right where the fingers join. kinda pointing through your hand at you knuckles. from this point try to keep your fingers pointing in the same place but close up your hand so its a fist. you should notice more space between your fingers and the fleshy part of your palm right below your thumb you should also be able to wrap your thumb around better. if your fist feels alittle tight on your finger joints then move where their pointing down alittle but try to keep where they touch your palm in a straight line.
