Thats absurd, Why give him until april 20th to think about it? The sooner he inks the deal the sooner he can get his butt in the gym and train for the fight of his life. What a bunch of bull****. If he needs an extension to sign the contract it will only deter his training time. That is a pretty good offer for a prospect and this would leave him plenty of time to train.

I dont see a problem with a 24 four deadline at all. Tayolrs been saying that he wants him, so heres his chance. How much time does he need to back up what he's been saying. Hopkins is the champ and if he wants to put a dead line on the offer he has more than the right to do it. Besides, since Taylors been calling him out, how much time would he need to think about it. Hes been saying he wants him for many months. I could see Hopkins' handlers doing this as a put up or shut up type of deal. This is really simple. If Taylor wants the fight, in his heart, he will take the money. He has plenty of time to think about it. This is more money than he has ever made. He is very young. I think he may be ready to beat Hopkins but maybe he doesn't believe it himself.
