Bully pc game is the only pc game that this happens to me in, no matter what resolution I play the game at I get stutters. And I pass the system requirements for it completely. No other game runs like this for me. The game is very much playable but I hate stutters in pc games.

Windows Xp
Amd Athlon II 250 dual processor 3.0 ghz
Geforce 8800gts 320mb card
4 gigs of ram

Might mean that bully is capped at a certain fps, i don't know. Also, remember that bully is made by rockstar game and they are HORRIBLE at porting games to the pc.

None the less bully is a great game.

If its capped at a certain fps, then thats pretty shatty since I see slow downs every so often.
