The single greatest holiday on the calendar.
A 4-day weekend. No stress. No rushing around, searching for that "perfect gift".
Just food, family, friends, BAD football.....& lounging around.

Love it......anyone else ?

I will be spending Thanksgiving alone, due to me pissing everyone in my family off.....

Sound.....
Again, sorry for your loss, especially at this time.

I remember years back, a cousin of mine passed a little before this time of year. I believe everyone was nervous about the family getting together to "celebrate", & to do so for the first time since the tragedy.

But, instead of ignoring what happened, everyone spoke of her, & we dedicated the night to her.... & this brought everyone closer.

Spinks.....

Get on the phone & make it right. Step up....you'll be glad you did.

Thanksgiving is cool unless you have to spend it with inlaws "shudders".

Sonny....

I dated the same girl for about 12 years (now split).....& I loved spending T-giving with her family.
In fact, I'd love to pay them a visit this week. But, this would sicken both her & my current girlfriend.

I think Jabs is the ghost of thanksgiving or some ****. The man loves this holliday.

I myself prefer halloween and St. Paddy's day. When people can be the jackasses they truly are and its OK.

I love the holiday because I am basically a bum, a mooch, & a lounger.

Lu....

Speaking of mooching. I'm going to the Rocky Juarez-Espadas fight next Friday night.
My buddy is COMPED for the whole thing.....fight, dinner, & overnight stay !

It's a decent card....Dominick Guinn is underneath.

i always spend thanksgiving alone, my family does'nt get along at all. the only time were all in the same room together is when somebody dies and we all have to attend the funeral, and even then everyone avoides each other for the most part. holidays go by just like any other day for me, i dont give a ****. :D

I too love TG. This year my GF's estranged dad is coming into town and is going to come to TG at my mom's. I hope it turns out well...

I am going to spend half of the day landscaping my moms yard, then the rest of the day drinking, eating and trowing the football around. Ahhh...cant wait!

It's not that I have to call them, My aunt invited my family over for thanksgiving and im not to interested in going and my parents are throwing a fuss about it and my g/f wants me to go to her moms and I dont want to go their either, I just want to stay home and relax and if people want to eat with me they can eat at my house....

Besides I have to be up the following morning at 3am to be at work and I work 3am to 4pm the day after thanksgiving...I think I will need some rest although my family doesnt respect that.....

The Bears will wipe the floor with the cowboys, Krenzel has looked spectacular as of late, however if Dallas would pull their heads out of their asses and play their new quarterback they might start winning some games...

By the way-GOOOOOO BENGALS!!!!

They played a kick ass game against pittsburgh.

Yeah well I get to watch Peyton Manning put up another 4 TD game on the Lions...

Thanksgiving is a great holiday...I think only second to Christmas. Christmas I get the great dinner, great leftovers, sports, AND presents. Plus theres nothing like getting **** canned off some great egg nog.

Thats a cool card. Good for you. Nothing morally wrong with mooching. So long as the moochee is willing. Being charming making the moochee to be willing is a required skill.

I will spend thanksgiving watching some old fights...

Most likely Tito Trinidad vs. Bernard Hopkins or Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Diego Corrales

You suck..

He-he...

Douglas-Tyson is the perfect Thanksgiving fight.
Seeing Mike lurch around, trying to shove the mouthpiece back into his mouth looks just like my drunk uncle scarfing down the last dinner roll.
