Ummm...if Toney beats Ruiz, he will have a belt. The WBA will not sanction a fight with Riddick Bowe at this point. I don't even think Don King could pull that off unless Bowe has a substantial winning streak under his belt. And there's no demand for Toney - Bowe anyway.
