I could listen to that CD from front to back all day, everyday. One of the greatest albums ever IMO.

One of the best albums ever, I'm alone in the fact that Q.U Hectic is my favourite song, but only just. Half of the album is on my most played on itunes. Coming up to 50 listens alone, let alone how long I've had it on Cd... I really don't like drink away the pain though.

Infamous is Mobb Deep's best album and one of the best, grimiest albums of the 90's. Pure class!

Let's see, this is my favorite album ever.

I first got my hands on it as a high school junior. It was during the cold, dark, grimy late fall. It was the perfect time to listen to this album because that is exactly what this album is: cold, dark and grimy.

The instrumentals, and production are top notch. Everytime I listen to this album I get the feeling that I'm in Queensbridge, late night and I can see all the hustling and social networking going on in the projects.

The thing I love about the beats are the use of instruments. Like on Qu Hectic there's the sax that comes in from time to time on the beat. You'll notice things like this on some beats on the album.
The instrumentals are dark and instrospective.

My favorites on the album are Qu Hectic, Up North Trip, Drink Away the Pain, Right Back at you, Survival of the Fittest, Temperatures Rising, Eye for an Eye and my favorite song of all time-- Trife Life.

Prodigy's verse on Temperatures Rising is one of the best rap verses I've heard.

I must be the only one that thinks Murda Muzik is better.

Prob a top 30 album all-time or so. One of the best releases of the '90's...their best effort for sure. Godz I think you're alone on that one. Maybe some others agree w/ you though. I thought MM was a very good album too, but not quite as enjoyable as Infamous for me.

I don't even like shook ones. I think it's one of the least pleasurable songs on the album.

My two favorites are probably up north trip and trife life.

Top 10 of all time for me. Survival of the fittest is one of my favourite tracks of all time and Trife Life is a great track for sure.

Every hip hop fan should own this album if not at least listen to it.
