Who is the most boring among these fighters?

In particular: Huggy Bear's tactics, and the fact that: I had a hard time staying awake during B-Hop/Joppy,allen3,Hakkar,Eastman.

Fres is no fireworks show either. He made Chris Byrd look like Joe Frazier. Spinks, omg what a lamer. Mcline...I suppose the noises he makes are entertaining. That and how short and compact he misses punches. Gainer, he is another planned fighter. Just goes about the motions. BS.

I like Chris. But he is boring. Him clowning people in particular.

Ruiz can be fun to watch if matched properly (Golota, Roy Jones, Tua), but Hopkins was matched with Trinidad and still couldnt be envoled in a good fight to watch :rolleyes:.

They are all pretty boring fighters. But John Ruiz sets a new standard for boringness in a boxing match and lack of tactical integrity.

The only time I've ever enjoyed watching Ruiz fight is when Tua knocked his ass out. B-Hop is fun too watch, even when the pace in the fight isn't too fast you have to appreciate the skill and timing.

Trinidad was boring in the De La Hoya fight. He was also boring during the Hopkins fight cos he couldn`t achieve anything! He shouldn`t have been paid for the Hopkins fight cos the lack of punches landed consituted non effort, boo tito!

Even though im usually very biased against top punchers and sluggers i love watching Byrd. He's sometimes so slick defensively. Looking at him dodging a 5-punch combo from Ike Ibeabuchi is nice. I never thought of him as boring. Hopkins, it depends. Sometimes he really puts on a show of boxing.

Gainer iis boring but has some nice moves sometimes. Ruiz however is just ugly. I voted him here. Only great fight i saw of him was Tua lol.

That would pretty much "sum up" the general public's feelings of Huggy Bear.He likes to participate in his share clinchfests, and is a master at decieving the judges with meaningless body punches. Sometimes he slips in the "noise" with the punch....which adds to the lack of excitement. He is an overacheiver in some people's view as well.

You could simply say: "He sucks"
LOL yeah ur right sometimes he throws a light punch and makes a load "haaaa" sound. Its pretty annoying but then its been so long since i saw this fine specimen of excitement. I liked watching RJJ popshot him like a punchbag for 12 rounds though.

I dont think Jack Johnson's record of this will ever be surpassed, about three times as bad as Ruiz, in other words unbearable. But Johnson was fighting such long fights that you can excuse him.

Ruiz is by far the most boring boxer, the only way I could stay awake for his fight was if it's live, and against Golota, and the only reason I stayed awake because Polish people were fighting the Marines a row behind me, kind of hard to fall asleep with that noise :cool:

Can't hold it against Jack Johnson because he was made to carry fighters for long ass distances. Believe me, he could've taken out most guys he was fighting at any time.

And you can't hold his last 10 years against him. The man was damn near 60 when he finally retired.

Hopkins isn't boring, damn. What the ****? Probably the same ones saying that actually think Castillo is exciting. Hopkins is very fun to watch. He puts on a true display of good boxing. Who the hell wasn't excited and on the edge of their seat during his fights against DLH and against Trinidad? I definitely was. I wanted Tito to win, but knew pretty early that he wasn't going to get him, even though I kept lying to myself.
