Vargas won't let just a jab stop him not matter how he looks at 160. Sturm will more than likely give Vargas some trouble but he is too defensive minded and I think Vargas wins by decision. Vargas was very strong at 154 so his strength should be good enough at 160 as well as his punch. From what I have seen Sturm doesn't throw enough punches nor does he have the power to hurt or keep Vargas off of him and that jab alone will not get it done.

Vargas would kill sturm he took punishment from Tito round after round so you can forget sturm knocking him out. Vargas would mall sturm who has he beat, Dlh wow a fat welterweight from ihop big deal. As soon as he fights a real talented middle weight Tito, Taylor, Hopkins, or even a Vargas he is done.

I certainly think Felix sturm would trouble Vargas. Vargas is ring rusty and hasn't really won against a world class operator since his win over Quartey. I rate Sturm a very accomplished boxer and one that would trouble vargas. Sturm by UD for me.
