Oh Scott Baio is an actor who played on, most notably, Happy Days (as the Fonz's cousin Chachi), Charles in Charge (as Charles), and on Diagnosis Murder (as **** if I know). He was just one of those late 70s, early 80s Tiger Beat cover boy actor types. I was looking for a semi-obscure, gay looking guy for an avatar to annoy people. Somehow I tried Scott Baio and it worked wonders.

First it was Screetch, then Scott Baio. It was going to be this thing where I did a series of different sort of "One Hit" actors like that. Scott Baio Mania caught on so well that the idea sort of vaporized.
