Roberto Duran looked tiny in comparison to the majority of his opponents above lightweight

and James Toney's another guy that's been short for his weight class but successful

Guys from the UK: Jimmy Wilde, Ted Kid Lewis

Lewis started at Flyweight and fought Heavyweights, albeit no one credible. He did fight credible LHWs however.

Wilde mostly stayed within Flyweight and Bantamweight, but he himself was below Strawweight in a time where Strawweight didn't exist.

Do you mean small as in short? If so then state so.

Dwight Muhammad Qawi was a huge LHW in terms of how much weight he cut to fight at the division and Pacquiao is no small man,he used to be very scrawny but ever since he began sticking a needle up his backside he is anything but a small man.

Eric Lucas was kinda small for a super mw. Qawi was the shortest cruiserweight champ ever. But he was hardly a small man when it comes to build and bulk.;)

Barbados Joe Walcott at 5'1-5'2 was very short for a welterweight although he wasn't exactly small.

Sandy Saddler, a tall featherweight, fought 5 feet tall Bill Bossio.
