RightHooker 09-19-2009, 07:00 PM Just get an affordable pair. I have no experience with the top contender ones, but I've heard lots of good things from people at my gym that have differnt models of Adidas boxing/wrestling shoes.
Most of the people who buy the expensive **** (Winning especially!) have no need for it and just buy it because a) they have too much money, and/or b) they suck but hope people will think they are good if they have fancy gear.

oniham 10-02-2009, 02:41 PM speaking of shoes any of these boxing shoes have a bit of arch support to them? I have those cheapy asics you can buy at sports authority and i get shin splints once in a while because there is no arch support to them at all. The jordans look great but I don't really know if i want to shell out $100 for em lol. Apparently I need a really rigid shoe because I tend to overpronate
