View Full Version : Why do people say Hopkins ONLY fights welterweights? I may have said that but all i meant was that, his fame came from fighting welterweights, he wouldnt be nearly as popular without having fought trinidad,and oscar,and i thought oscar wa out of his league. People say that because those may have been the only welter's he's fought but they were basically the only 2 good fighters he has beaten and Oscar started off at lightweight.
