I don't see it that way, Buakaw takes it in my opinion, of course we're talking full-on Muay Thai rules.

Kicking = Buakaw

Clinch = Buakaw

Punching = Dekkers

Speed = Buakaw

Strength = Buakaw

Intangibles = Dekkers, maybe

Dekkers had a Solid chin, big power and he was relentless.

So yeah. I'm taking Dekkers here. But it wouldn't be an easy fight for either.

If you want to go into this further, Dida has a somewhat similar straight forward, hard hitting aggressive style that Dekkers had, and Dida gave Buakaw all he could handle.
