Sit ups man!! as many as you can do everyday! you have to get rid of any extra fat you may be carrying first... by jogging!

I do but im naturally thin ... i dont carry fat in the stomach area whatsoever... if i do say 50 sit-ups now my abs would show well for the rest of the week.... but its something you have to keep up as all muscle definition fades if you dont keep up the work!

do situps, crunches, back bridges, leg raises, russian twists and jogging and after a month of that daily you should be able to do med ball hits to condition your self to take punches to the body.

Lots of abdominal exercises (crunches, situps, plank, twists etc) to make your ab, and cardio to get rid of the fat so you can actually see your new big ab muscles.

How long it takes depends on where you are starting from. How much fat do you have on your stomach? If you have a big gut it's going to take alot longer, than if you have a flat stomach but with no definition of the muscles.

one of the most important and over looked aspects to a six pack is proper posture.

Took me two months of fairly clean eating and loads of ab exercises. When I started, I was not able to see my abs at all, but did not really have a belly.
