Wow! MikeT86 09-06-2009, 11:14 PM ???????? ???? If he's slim at 200 he can't get to 150 with out losing a serious amount of muscle and probably bone denisty, why the hell would he want to do both if his intent is to increase strength? And on a tangental subject why do people think there is a perfect weight for a height with out knowing builds? My friend is exactly my height, and 100lbs lighter than where I currently am, and 70lbs off of my ideal fighting weight. He could MAYBE put on 10 lbs of muscel on his frame maybe. My 0% body fat weight is 55lbs above his current weight. We're the same height but we should never weigh the same. I3C727 09-06-2009, 11:43 PM im 6 ft 155. im around 6% body fat, you can see every muscle in my body. Joachim 09-07-2009, 12:14 AM I was asking inferno but sure thats nice. Joachim 09-07-2009, 12:15 AM if hes barely taller than you and weighs 200 he either is a mountain of muscle, or has a decent amount of fat to lose. Left2body 09-07-2009, 12:16 AM It really depends on your body. There are guys who can be 200lbs and be a streamlined Ferrari. Look at Chad Johnson WR for the Bengals. He has lean muscle and keeps speed, agility and quickness on top of strength. I've wrestled and I've seen guys of equal height 3-4 weight classes apart. Well you can even look at guys like Cotto who is only 5'7 and probably has a peak trim performance weight of 160lbs and regular healthy maintainable weight of 165-170. Now put that 170lbs on Ricky Hatton (similar height) and he would look either fat or muscle bound. |
