How does everyone recommend dropping weight fast?

I've been low carbing, and its slowing coming off.
But I'm curious if anyone has tried something besides low carb that worked for them.

Have breakfast (oatmeal)
Lunch (tuna sandwhich)
Dinner (vegetable stew)
apple or banana in between meals

Continue for a week and see how you go.

I can't imagine training with no carbs, But make sure not to eat partially hydrogenated oils, Look in the ingredients. Also green tea aids your body to lose weight, I mean the real tea, Don't go buy green tea extract(Pill Form) it does not work. Ihope you don't expect the weight to stay off, You need to burn it to really keep it off

Don't eat meals. Just eat small snacks dispersed throughout the day. And no pop.

WHy are people scared of carbs? because of the fatkins diet ? carbs are good. they give you energy to work out. eat carbs and the correct amount of protien. Stop eating iceceam and pizza bagles . Set a calorie deficit (I cant spell) , do extra cardio and stick with it. If you get hungry at night eat celery. (no, not covered in peanutbutter)

I'm not the tv, ice cream eating type of person.
Since I work two jobs, seven days a week I don't have the best schedule for eating the best. But I don't drink soda, I don't eat the fast food stuff, I'm just having a hard time kicking the stomach.

I went and got a heavy bag since I use to train on one, and I have to dust off the work out bench. So basically I'll be doing the early morning or late night workouts whenever I can get the time in.

does anyone low carb and train?
what type of excerises should I be hitting hard to drop the stomach?
