Apparently time is running out for Chris Byrd to accept his fight with Wladimir. He has until tomorrow night to except the offer. Rahman on the other hand wants more money than is being offered to him. Rahman could pull out if he doesn't get the money that he wants which would be nice because then Vitali would likely fight Barrett thus screwing Byrd and forcing him to fight Wlad.

Byrd doesnt have to agree with anything.

He is the one with the belt. Wlad better create some sort of other plan for this fight, one the CHAMPION accepts. :)

Wlad is far from being the #1 contender. If he is, there is something wrong.

Or maybe Rahman and Byrd will fight then. There's a fight that everyone is dying to see...

I pray the fights will go on as planned.

I suppose that would be very boring. It would be better than Purity/Klitschko though. or Klitschko/Brewster.

Wlad needs to do something to prove his is a contender.

i suppose he could do like golota and not fight for 2 years and then get 3 back to back to back title shots.....

when you have not lost 3/4 of your last fights by knockout,

that option might be provided.

My point exactly. "Byrd V.S. Wlad" could not be in jeopardy because the fight makes no sense at this point.

....Yeah and Chris Turd is far from being a legitimate champ after getting two gift decisions in his last three fights. Byrd doesn't sell jack **** and he is in no position to dictate anything. Money talks and bull**** walks and Chris Turd is bull****.

...Obviously Rahman is getting cold feet because he knows he is in for an ass beating. Why the hell else would he ***** about the money since he would be in a position to dictate if he beat VK? Rahman is no fool and obviously he has seen Vit crush everyone in his path and has decided he doesn't want a brutal career ending beating as well.

You are right, Rahman knows that if he looses this fight (and he will loose), he will not have another shot at the belt for a long time, if ever. He is just trying to cash in for all it's worth.
It feels like we might see VK vs. Byrd after all, seems like a logical fight that should have happened by now. That fight would answer a lot of questions and would finally produce an undisputed champ (Vitaliy of course)
