I believe UNK and Gingervitus. They just don't have enough posts. So when they give Karma it is a grey square instead of blue or red.

It's not that odd really. I have helped several newer posters extend their "karma snake". If I get a good vibe about them I do it. Sonny did the same thing for me and possibly others.
It involves donating a large sum of points which they then donate right back.
Let's not get all "Oliver Stone" about it.

And two new guys tried to send me good karma but I got the same grey box. Didn't hurt a bit!
