They're not as popular as they used to be, but it's a travesty that I should have to turn to the adult contemporary station and sift through Michael Bolton and Jon Secada tunes just to hear an *N Sync or Backstreet Boys song - and then they only play the ballads. Sometimes they play B2K on the mixes on the hippity hop channel but I don't like some of the other songs because they have bad words and always tell girls to shake their ass and other stuff that's demeaning.

I shouldn't have to dip into my CD collection when I'm driving to work at the Dairy Queen just to hear some freakin' O-Town.

lol .... boy bands , i dont know if you realize but , they are not popular at all now anymore , and my opinion i dislike them alot and i love to listen to Rap , hip hop , or heavy metal... Wich metal is another thing they do not play on the radio's here alot :cool:

Well, sadly that doesn't work that way over here in Germany. They still play Blue and Slipknot... Only thing that's worse is listening to former boyband members that started a solo career like that Keaten (sp?) guy or Anastacia.

Come on, you need to turn to a different radio dial, (probably a collage station) listen to it for two or three months, and I garantee you will forget all about those "boy bands"
