Share your drills for training different aspects of boxing.
E.g - Footwork, Jab, Straight, Hooks, Uppercuts, Head movement, Defense, Pressure, Power, Speed, Stamina etc.

Come on guys help out the new guys with some useful information.

hit a heavy bag with a med ball in an upper cut motion to put power into your punches.

he would swap the 10 rounds of body bag for sparing when he could get sparing partners
the only training in the week befor the fight was shadow boxing in a sauna

ali ran 6 miles and the others ran from 3-9 miles.
