incorporate sprints or an obstacle corse into running.
bench press 3 sets of 12-15 reps and finish by doing as many press ups as you can.
hang from a chin up bar and lift your legs up and hold for 10 seconds.
manny also does kickboxing.

i donno where you got that from but i know his new trainer doesnt do that ****...

lol yea where did you get this info i know i saw those workouts in 24/7 mayweather doing the pull ups

I've seen the Freddie Roach dvds and he said that he keeps Manny completely away from weights.

Why would you kickbox when your just a boxer that doesnt make sense your taking away from your footwork and adding kicks you cant use...
