first of all, how old are you? I see you been around the ring thou. when he comes at you putting pressure all the time, nail him with uppercuts, you threw a couple in the first rd and that's it, can't think of anything else to tell you, that was pretty impressive, that's probly one of the best fight videos I've seen posted here, keep at it!!!!!!

You have the advantage of youth on your side.

You are who you hang with...don't run with the wrong crowd, I suggest being a loner (seriously, you won't be friends with your friends you got now, when you get me, it's all bull****) and don't go smoke weed thinking you'll just do it once ...leave it all alone and stay true to your dream

distance yourself from females at this developmental stage in your career ..befriend many, but love none, ya dig?.. Before anyone spouts the Greb doggerel, it has nothing to do with sex, it has to do with you putting the eggs in a girl's basket, ya know? You don't wanna be sparring two,-three times a week and then have deep seeded issues follow you to the gym, trust me.

Don't be like me...forget your friends, forget the girls, forget the drugs...go for what you're passionate about and leave nothing on the table for anyone else!

Regret is uglier than a pregnant woman with a cigarette, brother.

To be that young and up in that gym, that kid probably has family who got him boxing.

Lad, you box with precision but lack the rugged power or grunt you find in a championship quality pugilist.

Make sure to rise each day at 4am, drink a cup of hot tea with lemon and then perform a 7-12 mile jog. Then return and eat a bowl of oatmeal and castor oil for breakfast. Attend your regular studies, consuming a corned beef sandwich with cheese during this period. Before your gym work drink a cup of cocoa with some chicken. At the gym do some light toe touches to begin, followed by 100 of each of your punches, then box at least 10 rounds with a quality opponent. Work the heavybag for 20 minutes straight after this, and then perform sixty bareknuckle pushups on the concrete. When you return home take a gentle 15 minute walk around the neighbourhood and then eat a roast turkey dinner with all the trimmings.

Do this routine 7 days a week without fail.
