I was just thinking back on some of the more recent conventional fighters who had great records against southpaws. Bernard Hopkins obviously being one, Marco Antonio Barrera I considered very underrated when it came to facing southpaws, etc...
So who would you pick as your top 5 "southpaw slayers" of all time?

Antonio Tarver was one. In his prime that is. He was really deadly with his speed and combinations, in addition to his KO power.

Tarver himself is a southpaw.
I'm talking conventional fighters who had no problem whatsoever fighting (and beating) Southpaws with ease.

Morales is very good against them. Of course Manny beat him in the last two but Erik is very goo and lands the right alot against them and can land his jab really good against them. He ruined Ayala. And beat Manny. Also he did good against David Diaz even though a loss and he beat Kevin Kelley pretty easy with ring smarts and didnt get hit much against him. He's Erik so of course he banged with him a little but he did well with picking Kelley apart.

Morales blasted Molina, Pepillo Valdez and Angel Chacon whom I believe were southpaws as well. The Chacon knockout was particularly exhilarating.

For real?
He fights orthodox.

I watched an interview with Taylor where they said he fights with the southpaw style, but he is listed as orthodox. What does that mean?

He's always looked orthodox whenever I've seen him in the ring.
The Wright fight is a perfect example of that, I think.

Yeah and he also beat Ouma, who is a southpaw.
