Just watched it again. Have you lads ever seen Holy like this? So out of character for him. I know Lewis was giving him a hard time but I've seen him in bigger wars. I don't have a clip as I can't remember the exact round but it was interesting nonetheless.

Is this the rugby tackle Holyfield beautifully executed? Well it was the year of the world cup so it was appropriate

I hated the way that jerk Lampley talked **** about him. Said he was too old and should have stayed at home and that kind of crap. Even Foreman was offended by it and told him not to talk that way. Really, what kind of commentator says that crap about a living legend?! It's not like Holyfield didn't have ANY good moments at all, remember the third round??

What a strong bastard. This former cruiserweight man handled every fighter he's ever been in the ring with except for George Foreman and No-Valuev. Doesn't help much disproving the roids scandal.

I seem to remember round 5 being very dominant for Lewis, there was fear in Holyfield's eyes after being hit before retreating to the ropes and covering up like a ball.

Great fight! I got 33:1 on the draw.........my first ever bet as a youngster.

Maybe Holyfield was having flashbacks of the Bowe fights.

This thread certainly brings back alot of memories. The first two posters in this thread, arguably the finest in this section, are no longer with us unfortunately.

I remember Benncollinsaad, but he was an arse.Surprised he went away all together considering how active a poster he was in this section.

This used to be a very active section until the start of this year.

What do you think is the reason for its sudden lack of activity and leaving of posters ?

It's possible that they had grown tired of the likes of Poet constantly harassing them and giving them these silly 'kick me' gifts or the gay ribbons that he loves to hand out.

And there's always gabby handing out infractions and reporting users because of a simple disagreement.

It's a shame.

You know you can get rid of them ribbons and gifts , don't you ?
Can you explain more about the infractions ? i got 4 already , none from JAB , btw , but both of them red K'd me . And I have no clue if someone reported me or not , I guess some did , but how can I know ?
What are these infractions , what do they cause , and how can I give them myself ?

I have heard that but they don't really bothered me as much as the person handing them out would like them to have done.

I still don't understand the purpose of the infractions.I don't see their point other than to cause a slight irritation. They deduct points and that's about it.

There's no real way of knowing who reported you.Poet, himself, does admit to reporting others users, however.

Which point do they deduct ? reputation points ? or virtual cash points ?
and then does the deduction expire when the infraction expire ?

The cash points.Some infractions expire,some don't.

If you click on your User CP, you'll see these infractions and if they have a date in which they will expire.

All the infractions I've received are permanent - meaning they will never expire.

I received 4 already , none of which were permanent , but I know some can be . Do you know how to send an infraction ?
Someone made a thread in the Dome , about a month ago about post your received infractions.

I don't think the points ever come back. Not that it really matters.Points are given through the posts that you make anyway.

I've no idea how the send infractions to other users. You'd have to ask how to do so in the 'comment and suggestions' section.
