tsyzu came into the fight thinking that he could jus bully phillps..I think phillps had been fighitng at 147 and he moved to 140 to fight tsyzu...they both hurt each other in the fight......but phillps got tsyzu good and zoo was out on his feet

he got backed up against the ropes, and Phillips started bombing

flush shots.

Tszyu was not out on his feet. he was just exhausted because

Phillips took him to deep water that night.

He was never unconscious while standing, if that's what you mean by "out on his feet", but for all intensive and practical purposes, he was definitely OUT on his feet, big time. Watch the footage again.
