1) ***** Tits or Gynecomastia does not just a occur with the use of Steroids. A large percentage of males get it during puberty and GSP has had it since before his transformation

2) His transformation is mostly due to the fact that he did not have a strength and conditoning coach until after he lost to Serra. Now he trains with Johnathan Chaimberg out of Adrenaline Performance Center in Montreal who is, IMO, the best Strength and Conditioning Coach in MMA and trains the likes of Shane Carwin, Rashad Evans, Keith Jadrine, Nate Marquardt and the Canadian Olympic Wrestling team.

3) Phil Baroni doesn't have a degree in **** related to steroids. Phil Baroni knows steroids because before he was a fighter he was a pro bodybuilder and he uses on a regular basis. Besides why would you listen to a guy like Phil Baroni when it comes to anything?

Well he wasn't dominating and I gave the first round to Koscheck. When the second round started, all hell broke loose and GSP dominated the hell out of Kos.

Nothing to do with steroids, I was just surprised he out wrestled, who at the time was considered one of, if not, then the best wrestler in mma.

I thought these guys were tested anyway, and to get the full benefit of steroids you need to remain taking them you can't just stop using them as you will lose some strength so surely he would have tested positive at least once.

I think GSP is a great fighter but is fake and not how he acts. I think the way he acts is more or less a show for the public eye, but I could be wrong.

You're correct, they are being tested, and if you actually read the interview, you could possibly deduct that they can be used for just training harder and more often. They need to be cycled out of your body to prevent failing on a test, and that time period should be shorter than the amount of time that makes them totally meaningless, otherwise it would just be playing with your health.

I just think that those who do not fail are using them correctly in smaller amounts unlike bodybuilders who take them massive amounts all the time to just get muscular losing their mobility and cardio.

Thiago Alves is into strength training and his a workout animal as far as I know, that could be why people don't think that. Also when has retaining water been a sign of juicing? Curious, as you can retain water for a variety of reasons.

Bloating is a common side effect of using steroids. Not all types of AAS have this side effects though.

Steroids like Trenbolone don't have that side effect

they use all a lil bit of stereoids
