I don't go there, but they all are posting in our forums, and are saying some of the weirdest stuff. They think they run the site, and frankly, this is our place not theirs. I don't know where they come off thinking they rule BoxingScene, But I wish they would go back to Global or wherever they came from, because they really annoy me. The think that pisses me off about them is they all gang up on you. I made a comment about a rat being torn apart by pierranas, and 3 of them jumped on my case and started flipping out, because I insulted the one guy who made a ridicolous post. I'm not visting their boards anytime soon, and I think it was a bad call by Rick for merging them with us

Eh, you have to accept the good with the bad on occasion. I havent seen to many of them around these parts. The only one that stands out is purity/Kaps I think thats their names, I dont have a problem with them. But I snub MMA in general...I think it was a good move on ricks part to combine the two but I can also see some rising conflicts. Just remember they might come over here spewing **** into our threads but im sure a few of our lackeys have went wandered onto their board a bit to.

dont get emotional. its an opinion. but welcome to boxing scene new guy. i signed up like 2 weeks ago but dont disagreee wit da ppl dat have a lotta points cuz they'll give u soooo much bad karma. im still tryin to get out of this bad karma ****. :mad:

I dont dislike any one im fine with mma people and boxingscene people , But it seems like theres some bad blood between the 2 groups ...... We all have opinions and some get taken way out of proportion

You'll learn, in time, who really knows their stuff, who's fun just to chat with, and who to ignore..and no matter what, dont let personal insults (if you recieve any) bother you in the least; they have run other newbies off in the past, so dont let that happen to you! ;)

Thats just wrong..you should be able to disagree with anyone you want and not suffer for it..Rick modified the karma pt's for that very reason not long ago. Apparently you disagreed with someone ?? and instead of handling it on their own, they must have gotten several of their buddies to send you bad karma too, or you wouldnt have so much bad karma! I've never noticed any of your posts before, so I have no idea who you pissed off or why, but people gotta learn that were all gonna disagree sometimes..if not this site would be boring, so theres no need to send loads of bad karma for doing whats natural :confused:

And to say I am new to boxingscence would be somewhat inaccurate. I posted here under another name before the two sites became one. I would even post a little bit. Mainly just read though.

I came here because a friend of mine (and most of the MMA forum posters) son was a former MMA fighter who decided to focus on his pro boxing. She came here to find out more about boxing and told me about it.

I think some of the MMA guys just take some getting used too. Remember, the internet is a HUGE part of MMA. It kept it alive when John McCain went on a jihad against it. Thats also why MMA fans tend to be a little bit wary of boxing fans. A major boxing fan almost destoryed something he didn't understand based on second hand information and a shock from seeing someone punch on the ground.

However, getting back to why some of the MMA guys are a little bit nuts. The internet is full of crazy wacky ****. We all know this. With the internet being such a major part of MMA, you get a lot of guys finding wacky and weird **** and sharing it with other people. I have seen lots of stuff I didn't think was funny. I have also found stuff to be hilarious when other finds it offensive.

Just take whatever the MMA guys post with a grain of salt and you will quickly learn that when it comes to combat sports there are some really intelligent people among us who know our ****.

So I will accept your apology if you accept mine for anything you might be surprised at over the next little while.

Its a yellow card. In PrideFC in japan when the fight is not active enough, or a fighter fouls another fighter, they are givin a yellow card as a warning, get 2 yellows and they dock 10 percent of your money. The fighter is Quinton Rampage Jackson, while getting instructions from the Ref before a fight, he gave the ref a yellow card because he said his breath stunk....

I know you don't know too much about Golota yet, but after you learn some of the facts about him you may grow to not like him as much, and some people may try to turn you away from him. Stick with him he's the man, he had a few bad fights, but he is still the future WBO Heavyweight Champion. Look at my signature for his record.
