15 to 20 min stretching
3-3 shadow boxing
4-3 heavy bag
3-3 pads
3-3 speed bag
stationary bike 18 min

3-20 leg raises with medicine
3-20 medicine ball drops

heavy bag 3 min

5 to 10 min pads non stop punching
friday was the same but with legpress instead of 10 min of pads

16 min double end bag
16 min speed bag
25 min jumprope
400 situps in sets of 100
400 crunches in sets of 100
400 leg raises in sets of 100
