The guy got knockdown twice before he went down from a jab............and then ran out the cage within seconds of being knocked down.

It was funny though, I thought that he had more heart than that and could take a defeat but that was just straight up embarrassing.

Most fans could accept that he lost but for him to run off like that was stupid.

The Spider took his heart and soul last night, I wouldn't be surprised if Forrest quits MMA after this farce.

I have to say this again. On the UFC game there is this annoying cunt that I always hear screaming in the background "I FINISH FIGHTS IM JUST A DOG I FIGHT PERIOD". I guess this cunt needs to stay in the Forrest with his caveman skills. What a disgrace.

It's the 2nd time he ran out of the cage crying too.
I never liked him anyway.:boxing:

Machida beats Silva.

I don't want to sound biased or anything because I'm not, but I think Machida is the only guy who can beat/really challenge Silva at 205.

Rampage might have a punchers chance but Silva has a iron chin and is much faster...

He cried after the Jardine Ko... he only said "we ****ed up" or something like that to Rogan and left..

if Jardin beats you, I dont blame him for crying, thats sad :p

It's crazy that he had his first fight against Dan Severn.

Not the truth. I was thinking when I saw it, is it possible the fight was FIXED? Probably not, but some food for thought. I thought Griffin could take more as well not act like a ***** after losing.

the irony is that in the previews leading up to the fight, Griffin talked how he could be beat, but he would never be broken

Anderson broke him
