Akucapri 08-08-2009, 03:59 PM I think no ones bothered to post because there too tired to ask the question "Which one are you"
Alexandros 08-08-2009, 04:01 PM the one with head gear :D i wish i was the other one though he is damn good :D
Akucapri 08-08-2009, 04:23 PM I hope the guy without the headguard knows to circle to his right because he's southpaw otherwise he'll be kissing a big Right Hand in no time.
What weight division are you in, do you both weight the same?
Alexandros 08-08-2009, 04:35 PM nope he is like 112 im 119 he is the closest to my size the other closest one is 145.
ugly2000 08-08-2009, 04:59 PM whos training you guys LOL No seriously work on your foundation. Your stance and foot movement. Also if your trainer isnt paying you no attention it might be time to move to another gym.
Alexandros 08-08-2009, 05:18 PM just tell on what i need to work on specific pls and what i need to cut doing :o it will be a great help :o :D
RightCross94 08-08-2009, 09:03 PM well you just move back the whole time and dont throw enough punches. You at least keep your hands up which is good, you need to fight on the balls of your feet and move side to side or around your opponent, dont just plod backwards and stand flat footed. You need to throw more too, throw your jab more and use feints to set up scoring oppourtunites, feint to the head, go to the body, and vice versa.
Like i said you keep your hands up which is good and you parry somewhat well. But counter after you defend. Eg: If he leads with a jab parry it with your right and counter with the left hook, or counter it with your own jab, if he throws a combo take it on your gloves and fire back with three or four shots of your own.
but good luck and keep training
Alexandros 08-09-2009, 05:45 AM thanks man imma work on that, but i do have any bad habbits? coz im really concern about developing some bad habbits that might be hard to correct if i get used to it.

yes your bad habits are standing flat footed and walking backwards, just work on standing on the balls of your feet, moving side to side and not straight backwards and firing back after you defend. How many fights have you had?

Yes. Your bad habits consist of the way you box.
You need to work on:
Your footwork (circling, pivoting, moving forward or back)
Your stance (youre too squared, learn how to balance your weight)
Your guard (looks weak)
You (are too stiff in there..relax)
Punch!

3 fight normaly i go forward and pressure when i fight, im backing off on this one though i was thinking to keep him out of range coz i got longer reach than him coz when i stand in front of him he always out quicks me he is fast.
There is another schedulued for me but my trainer said i should not coz the guy is an amatuer for years and has many fights he i said i should only fight beginers like me till i get more experience.
