The stick is a thai stick they say to strengthen his abs. He's been doing it since Barrera fight to make his abs very hard to take unexpected coming body shots easier to take it's like a rock hard stick that hurts like a ***** by light hits because it's like hollowed out or something. Each hits feels like a sting, especially at that pace he was going. The filipino language is called Tagalog and it does resemble the spanish language which is why it seems he can speak it better than english.

Actually, he is putting on a little show for the crowd but behind close doors is when the real serious training and strategizing goes down.

My grandfather and my pops speak spanish fluently which is good because people always try to talk spanish to my dad in Los Angeles, they mistake him for latino alot. Filipino's have crazy mixed blood. You will never know that you are standing next to a filipino. We have filipinos who look black, filipinos who look white, who look spanish, who look chinese, even indian like Nathanialies(the reporter). The one black dude from black eyed peas is straight out Pinoy. Whats crazy is that I just met two 2nd nephews and they were blonde as ****. I look chinese so you would never guess that I was related to some of my relatives. I think its kinda cool though.

When I kick it with my youngest brother people are always surprised we are actually brothers. I usually say he was adopted though. My youngest bro would have been a good prospect for boxing too. To bad he gave it up. He hit like a ton of bricks at 140. He always tells me he would kick Pacquiao's ass in the ring. I told him to volunteer as a sparring partner. Yeah right!

and most of all, this thai stick will elevate your level in pain tollerance. thus, you can take pain more easily.
