yeah he has been rumored to be traded as well. same goes for jalen rose
oldgringo 02-22-2005, 04:35 PM The T-Wolves desparately need someone else to take some of the load off of KG's shoulders. If somehow they could land an Artest or Marshall that would really help them out.
I don't think my team (the Pistons) need any immediate help. We just need to get completely healthy and get our bench to be more consistent. We need to get Darko Milicic more playing time because he's showing signs of being able to contribute, posting his two latest career highs in pts. When Carlos Delfino comes back and we start getting in more regular rotations I think we'll be unstoppable. Our 5 great starters and then McDyess, Delfino, Hunter, Dupree, Arroyo, Ham, and soon to be Milicic...things are lookin good.
Sir_Jose 02-22-2005, 04:37 PM Micheal Redd is also on the block because he is a fee agent after the season and he aint going back to the Bucks.
How bout Carlos Boozer? Only half a season in Utah and they already want to get rid of him while his old team that he stabbed in the back Cleveland is doing better than ever.
I wouldn't mind the Suns making a move Joe Johnson is a restricted free agent at the end of the year and we might not have the money to sign him. If we got a guy like Dalembert from Philly to go along with Amare on the front line that would be kick ass and in my opnion make us serious contenders.

the pistons are stackede right now, i dont think they need anybody. they raped the jazz of arroyo for elden campbell. dumars has done a great job with the pistons.

i think the jazz should hold onto boozer for a while and let him get used to kirilenko before trading him. what the jazz need to do is get another solid defensive player like doug christie for gordan giricek.
the suns are playing great as a team right now and i wouldnt change anything but i cant even think of there starting center so dalembert would fit in.

That's who I was thinkning of. T-Wolves could use Redd. They'd almost immediately have to be considered an elite WC team.
Dalembert would certainly help the Suns but I think they were discussing sending him to Toronto for Marshall...which wouldn't make sense because then Philly would have like 4 guys playing the swing forward/winger spot. Phoenix could definitely use another defensive minded guy to help out Marion and Amare...who are both more weak-side defenders.
Boozers a joke...I hope his career is squandered and ruined wherever he goes. God I hate Duke. Only good thing to come out of Duke was Grant Hill.
borikua 02-22-2005, 04:48 PM KG needs to get traded...Or get someone like Kidd.
Btw Fix I though that by know you would have in ur sig Carter's dunk from the all-star game...that **** was sick..

boozer is decent teams can definatley do worse at pf than him btw didnt elton brand go to duke, he is a good player

Getting Arroyo was huge...we need to get Elden back somehow because he's probably the biggest guy in the East outside of Shaq diesel and that's exactly who we need him to guard. He did a great job defensing Shaq in the Finals while he played last year.
Dumars is a genius.

yeah that was nice but that jr smith behind the back was nice, i wish i had that one

Joe Johnson is 10x the player Marshall is thats why Phoenix doesn't want to get rid of him, but they mnight have to because of his contract situation.
Amare is the center
Suns starting 5
PG. Steve Nash
SG. Joe Johnson
SF. Q Richardson(3 point champ *****es!!!)
PF. Shawn Marion
C. Amare Stoudemire

thats a good line-up but they are going to have problems if they are in a 7 games series with the spurs. duncan would back down marion with ease.
if they had this lineup imo they would compete better with the spurs who are the favorite in the west right now:
nash
q-rich
marion
stoudemire
dalembert
Sir_Jose 02-22-2005, 05:04 PM Nobody is going to beat the Spurs this year.
The Fix 02-22-2005, 05:09 PM Nobody is going to beat the Spurs this year.
seatle has beaten them twice this year i can see them pulling an upset. seatle can kill you with there perimeter shooting. suns look good and nash is mvp right now. btw why is no one considering AI for mvp? he is playing better than ever and is carrying the sixers to the weak atlantic division, what other player is doing as much as he is with less talent he has around him. i think he is average is like 29 points 7 assists and 2 steals. that is damn good.

Very bold.
oldgringo 02-22-2005, 05:59 PM The only problem with Phoenix is their ability to play defense in a half court set. The playoffs are a whole new animal and the teams that win are almost exclusively teams that dominate in a half court offensive set and play sound defense.

Iverson should definitely be considered for MVP. This is by far and away his career year, despite having a ****ty core of players around him. Iguodala is nice...but the reason AI won't win is because of their subpar 26-27 record. Bron mon and Shaq both deserve it in the east over him this year, thus far...
MlLkMan 02-22-2005, 08:44 PM Lakers should get PEja

Ditto.. But Big Ben needs some reliable back-up (you know, just in case)...Our Pistons need to get a good ROI on Darko starting NOW

but considering the lack of veteran talent around him ai and the sixers have a decent record. if i had a vote and the sixers win the atlantic and finish 5-10 games above .500 i would vote for iverson over anyone.
