Theres some really steep stairs going up to the top if I really want to hit it. I thought running, jogging 3-5 miles a day was the best. Guess hill running doesn't hurt, I need to get my stamina up, more in sparring so. I got altitude sickness for a day or two. Rocky Marciano used to run up hills as fast as he can and then run back down backwards. The man was a tank who never ran out of gas. |
