Ruiz does suck but I think this fight will be very competitive due to his size and strength advantage. I see Toney winning, but it won't be as easy as Holyfield was.

I actually see Ruiz winning this one. Toney is not a natural heavyweight and does not have the skill of Roy Jones to outbox Ruiz.

Toney is up there with Jones, he got better and was not that bad when they fought many many years ago. So, Toney wins by UD

I tend to lean towards Ruiz. He uses his size advantage well in terms of clinching and one to two punching then clinching. He is very smart at what he does and Don King does hire very friendily judges and refs to allow Ruiz to get away with it.

Toney is 5'9 and 70 lbs past his prime. As much as I detest Ruiz I can't pick Toney to win this one.
