Though he holds the British, Commonwealth and European belts, Junior Witter is a neglected fighter, largely due to the fact that A. The domestic competition avoid him; and B. His sole American showing, underprepared against Zab Judah, was less than scintillating.
But yesterday he outclassed Lovemour N'Dou, even dropping him twice. (Not, as I said earlier, in the third round, but once in the third and once in the fourth).
So do you rate him more now? In case you didn't get to see it, here's the third round with the first KD: http://s12.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1UVCBGRGM7XTL0CB6QMPQ07M9Q

Im 50/50. Half of me thinks he beat a very tough opponent and dropped him twice. The other half of me thinks that he beat a journeyman tha Cotto got way too much credit for beating

As N'Dou has also taken Mitchell and Cotto the distance, does this suggest that Witter has more potential than he's been allowed to show?

He didnt seem particuarly dominant in the last half of the bout. Also too much clowning for my liking. Cotto would kill him

Witter broke his hand in round 6, that's the reason he didn't throw as much in second half of the fight. Looked good first 6 had N'Dou hurt a few times in the fight.
Witter was exposed tonight, the same thing would happen with ricky Hatton against witter but Hatton would have stopped him by the 10th round. He has no defence whatsoever, Ndou should have stopped his chin is not made of Granite witter is getting stopped next time he mixes with a world class opponent as Ndou as shown the way to beat all of Brendan Ingles fighters. Hang in the after six rounds they slowe down, this is why Carl Thompson was furious for getting stopped By Johnny "I am not an entainer" Nelson.

Let me start by saying that I was impressed by witter punching power, but somehow I don't believe that he fracture/broke his left hand. Has someone actually seen(pics) him in a left hand cast after the fight? I think they are hyping the injury to his left hand to make excuses (for the somewhat sluggish second part of the bout)and make him seem more of a warrior.
"Witter had to visit a local hospital for X-rays after winning"
