The right fight at the right time. Jennings should not be underestimated because of his loss to Cotto; he is still a very good fighter if not an elite one. It will be a good win for Brook (which I expect) no matter how he gets it; nobody thinks he is anywhere near Cotto's class - yet.

agreed mate. it is a Boxing fight we have all been waiting for in the UK.

Jennings would be a good name on Brooks resume and as Naps has said if Brook does a quicker nights work on Jennings than Cotto his stock will rise , not to downplay Jennings skills as a fighter though.

This is a great fight, definatley a step up in class. Now i'm a huge Brook fan myself but even i think that he isn't KOing Jennings. Most likely a UD win for Brook.

If Brook can KO Jennings, it will show just how ready he is for the next step up from the British scene. Michael is a very tidy little boxer/mover and you gotta feel with his experience he should be able to last 12 with this still developmental version of Special K.


I feel that's the challenge for Brook, as he should win the fight. Jennings is very live, though.

Good domestic fight and an excellent choice of opponent for Brook. He should win without too much difficulty, but Jennings is a pretty decent boxer. I really want to see him kick on after this fight.

It will tell us what king of level he is at. Jennings is a good points fighter with good movement and workrate.

I think Brook will find the ko in this contest, but if he doesnt dont be shocked if he gets beat on points.
