well Pacquiao hasn't been knocked down since he was 17 years old. Pernell isn't even a big puncher, his power was below average. Yes that's pushing it to far.

I'm a fan of both but honestly it isn't close.

What you have got to appreciate is how hard it was to land clean on Pea in his prime. He was just so elusive in there. Pacquiao is tailor made for him. Pea would make Pac miss all night and counter him with great combinations to the head and body. I could see Manny getting two rounds towards the end of the fight at most.

i think pacquiao is perfect for pernell... pernell would probably have loved to fight pacquiao because of how much he woulda made him miss

one thing is for sure tho, pacquiao would have been VERY FRUSTRATED

Whitaker by UD. Pac's speed will give him some moments though. It's not like Pernell just took pot shots and ran.
