agreed, cool ****...but it looks like more strength display, gymnastics, and capoeira than break dancing.

Honestly, most of that 'dancing' looks goofy as hell...feet wiggling around randomnly.

Simplest way is a webcam/microphone. If you have a video capture card/tv tuner you could just use any old camcorder, then play it back through the computer and capture it.
